About me - or as I like to call it...
how the survivor became The Nurturing Intuitive™
Hi love, I'm Kim
And if you've landed here, my guess is you're not new to growth - you're just done doing it in isolation.
Here's the real story:
I grew up surviving what should have broken me - chronic and acute childhood trauma that followed me into adulthood and shadowed every relationship I touched. For a long time, healing felt like something that belonged to other people - louder people. Luckier people. People with softer stories.
But in 2011, I started the journey back to myself. Layer by layer. Choice by choice. Through soul work, science, and sacred breakdowns that led to actual breakthroughs.
And I noticed something -
So many women were carrying the same invisible weight. High-functioning but emotionally drained. Smart but stuck. Spiritual but still seeking. That's when my calling clicked - I wasn't here to 'move on' from what happened. I was here to help alchemize it into power.
So I combined my 25+ years of employee relations (yup, I'm trauma-informed and HR certified - if empathy and boundaries had a baby, it'd be me) with holistic healing modalities - trauma-informed coaching, CBT, relationship coaching, energy medicine, emotional intelligence, self-awareness - and rebranded my work as Kim Carpenter Consulting, LLC.
Who I help... I support sensitive women who are self-aware but still feel emotionally blocked, disconnected, or doubting their next move. Women who have done the work - and are ready for it to finally work.
My clients call me The Nurturing Intuitive™ because they feel two things with me: SEEN, and SAFE enough to spread their wings.
What I really do... I offer transformative coaching for women who feel stuck between who they've been and who they know they can become. My process blends emotional depth and energetic strategy with soul-level insight - so you're not just 'coping better,' you're clearing space to actually live better.
