Here's a bit of my story:

I grew up surviving what should have broken me. Chronic and acute childhood trauma followed me into adulthood and shadowed every relationship I touched. For a long time, I felt like healing belonged to other people, but I was wrong.

In 2011, I started untangling myself from a narcissistic relationship to rebuild my inner blueprint through soul work, science, and sacred breakdowns that led to actual breakthroughs. This self-discovery journey cracked open my perspective about there being so many other women who were carrying the same invisible weight, and that's when my calling clicked. I was here to help women turn their emotional overwhelm into grounded authority.

My work here combines 25+ years of employee relations and a bachelor's degree in psychology, with holistic healing certifications in energy medicine, emotional intelligence, relational transformation and trauma-informed coaching. I've developed a proprietary eight-point journey, known as The Survivorship Traverse™, and created a five-phase emotional integration framework, called The FADES in Motion™. Both will be featured in my upcoming book, Her Rise From Rock Bottom.

Who I help... I support women who have done some inner work but still function within survival mode - functional on the outside, but tired of carrying it all, and they're wanting to better navigate relationships (including the one with themselves). My clients call me The Nurturing Intuitive® because in my presence, they feel safe enough to be seen, and supported enough to grow beyond survival.

What I really do... I offer transformative coaching for women who feel stuck between who they've been and who they want to be. My process blends emotional depth and energetic strategy with soul-level insight, so you move beyond 'coping better' into 'loving & living better.'

I intuitively understand hidden family dynamics, emotional power struggles, the way we silence ourselves in relationships and the underlying grief behind transformation.
