how the survivor became The Nurturing Intuitive™
Hi love, I'm Kim
And if you've landed here, my guess is that you're not new to inner growth, but you can smell your soul's expansion (just not sure how to get there).
Here's a bit of my story:
I grew up surviving what should have broken me. Chronic and acute childhood trauma followed me into adulthood and shadowed every relationship I touched. For a long time, healing felt like something that belonged to other people (another 'harmless' lie I told myself).
But in 2011, I started untangling myself from a narcissistic relationship to rebuild my inner blueprint layer by layer through soul work, science, and sacred breakdowns that led to actual breakthroughs. And something became very clear to me - so many women were carrying the same invisible weight, and that's when my calling clicked. I wasn't here to 'move on' from what happened. I was here to help women turn their emotional overwhelm into grounded authority.
I combined my 25+ years of employee relations (I'm trauma-informed and HR certified) with holistic healing modalities - trauma-informed coaching, CBT, relationship coaching, energy medicine, emotional intelligence, self-awareness - and rebranded my work as Kim Carpenter Consulting, LLC.
Who I help... I support women who are new to self-awareness but still feel emotionally blocked, disconnected, or doubting their next move. Women who have done some inner work and are ready for it to finally work.
My clients call me The Nurturing Intuitive™ because they feel SEEN and SAFE to finally spread their wings.
What I really do... I offer transformative coaching for women who feel stuck between who they've been and who they know they can become. My process blends emotional depth and energetic strategy with soul-level insight. This is not about 'coping better...' this is you clearing the space to actually live better.
